Gipalit niya gikan kang Shemer ang bungtod sa Samaria sa bili nga 70 ka kilong pilak, ug gipatindogan niya kini ug lungsod nga ginganlan niya ug Samaria, gikan sa ngalan ni Shemer nga mao ang kanhing tag-iya sa bungtod.

And he bought the hill Samaria of Shemer for two talents of silver, and built on the hill, and called the name of the city which he built, after the name of Shemer, owner of the hill, Samaria.
