“Kamong mga katawhan niini nga henerasyon, paminawa kining akong isulti: “Sama ba ako sa usa ka disyerto alang kaninyong mga Israelinhon, o kaha sa usa ka dapit nga labihan kangitngit? Nganong moingon man kamo, ‘Makahimo na kami sa among gusto. Dili na kami moduol sa Dios.’

O generation, see ye the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? a land of darkness? wherefore say my people, We are lords; we will come no more unto thee?
