“Kaniadto, sa giulipon pa kamo, daw gibutangan kamog yugo ug gikadenahan. Apan sa dihang giluwas ko kamo, nagdumili kamo sa pag-alagad kanako. Misimba hinuon kamo sa mga dios-dios didto sa taas nga mga bungtod ug sa ilalom sa labong nga kahoy, nga daw mga babayeng nagbaligya sa ilang dungog.

For of old time I have broken thy yoke, and burst thy bands; and thou saidst, I will not transgress; when upon every high hill and under every green tree thou wanderest, playing the harlot.
