Ester 3:7
Sa unang bulan (nga mao ang bulan sa Nisan), sa ika-12 nga tuig sa paghari ni Ahasuerus, nagsugo si Haman nga ripahon pinaagi sa “pur” (usa ka klasi sa hulbot-hulbot) kon unsa nga adlaw ug bulan buhaton ang iyang plano. Ug ang napilian mao ang ika-13 nga adlaw sa ika-12 nga bulan, nga mao ang bulan sa Adar.

In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar.
