Gihatagan ug kopya sa maong mando ang matag probinsya aron ipatuman kini ingon nga balaod. Gipahibalo kini sa mga tawo aron makapangandam sila alang nianang adlawa. Gipahibalo usab kini nga mando didto sa pinarilan nga lungsod sa Susa. Nanglingkod ang hari ug si Haman sa pag-inom samtang nagkagubot ang mga tawo sa Susa tungod sa hitabo.
