“Unya mihapa ako sa presensya sa Ginoo sulod sa 40 ka adlaw ug 40 ka gabii nga wala mokaon ug moinom, tungod sa tanan ninyong mga sala nga gihimo. Daotan gayod kini atubangan sa Ginoo ug nakapasuko gayod kini kaniya.
Deuteronomy 9:18 · KJV
And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and forty nights: I did neither eat bread, nor drink water, because of all your sins which ye sinned, in doing wickedly in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
