Psalms 53:1
To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

Ang awit alang sa maestro sa mga mag-aawit. Gamita ang instrumento nga “mahalat.” Ang “Maskil” ni David. Nag-ingon ang mga buang-buang sa ilang kaugalingon, “Walay Dios!” Daotan silang tanan ug ngil-ad ang ilang ginahimo. Walay bisan usa kanila nga naghimo ug maayo.
