To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

Ang awit alang sa maestro sa mga mag-aawit. Awita kini sa tono sa awit nga “Usa ka Buntag.” Ang awit ni David. Dios ko, Dios ko, nganong gipasagdan mo ako? Nganong layo ka man kanako? Nag-agulo na ako sa pag-antos, apan wala mo pa gihapon ako tabangi.
