2 Chronicles 33:14
Now after this he built a wall without the city of David, on the west side of Gihon, in the valley, even to the entering in at the fish gate, and compassed about Ophel, and raised it up a very great height, and put captains of war in all the fenced cities of Judah.

Human niadto, gipatukod pag-usab ni Manases ang gawas nga paril sa Lungsod ni David, gikan sa kasadpang bahin sa yuta sa Gihon ngadto sa pultahan nga gitawag ug Isda, ug libot sa bungtod sa Ofel, diin gihimo niyang mas habog ang paril. Unya nagbutang siyag mga komander sa tanang pinarilan nga mga lungsod sa Juda.
