And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, then they forsook their cities, and fled: and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.

Niadtong higayona adunay mga Israelinhon nga atua sa Walog sa Jezreel. Sa dihang nakita nila nga nangikyas ang mga sundalo sa Israel ug namatay si Saulo ug ang iyang mga anak, gibiyaan nila ang ilang mga lungsod ug nangikyas usab sila. Busa gisulod sa mga Filistihanon kini nga mga lungsod ug gipuy-an.
