Sofonias 2:8
“Nadungog nako ang mga insulto sa Moab ug ang mga pagyubit sa mga taga-Amon, nga nag-insulto sa akong mga katawhan ug naghimog mga bahad batok sa ilang yuta. Busa, ingon ka sigurado sa akong pagkabuhi,” nag-ingon ang Ginoo nga Makagagahom, ang Dios sa Israel, “sigurado gayod nga ang Moab mahisama sa Sodoma, ug ang taga-Amon mahisama sa Gomora, mga dapit nga kasagbotan ug bung-aw sa asin, yuta nga walay pulos sa kahangtoran. Ang nabilin kong katawhan mohabas niini. Ang nabiling buhi sa akong katawhan maoy manunod niini.”

I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.
