Ayaw ninyo ako tamaya, kay miitom ako tungod sa sobra nga pagpainit. Nasuko kanako ang akong mga igsoong lalaki ug gipatrabaho nila ako sa ubasan, busa wala na akoy panahon sa pag-atiman sa akong kaugalingon.

Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
