Adunay ikaduhang anghel nga misunod ug miingon, “Nagun-ob! Nagun-ob na ang inila nga siyudad sa Babilonia. Kay ang iyang mga lumulupyo mao ang nagtintal sa mga tawo sa tibuok kalibotan nga mosunod sa ilang mga daotang binuhatan nga gikayugtan sa Dios.”
