Naguol ako pag-ayo; mura ako ug gitabonan sa imong mga balod nga daw naghaguros nga busay. Busa gihinumdoman ka nako dinhi sa yuta sa Jordan ug Hermon, sa Bukid sa Mizar.

O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.
