Unya ang pari nga si Aaron mitungas sa Bukid sa Hor sumala sa mando sa Ginoo, ug namatay siya didto sa edad nga 123 ka tuig. Nahitabo kadto sa unang adlaw sa ikalima nga bulan sa ika-40 nga tuig sukad sa pagbiya sa mga Israelinhon gikan sa Ehipto.
Numbers 33:38 · KJV
And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
