Levitico 21:21
Busa kon ang usa ka kaliwat ni Aaron adunay depekto, dili siya mahimo nga mohalad sa mga halad pinaagi sa kalayo, nga mao ang akong pagkaon. Dili usab siya mahimong mosulod sa Balaang Dapit ug moduol sa halaran kay mahugawan ang akong Tolda. Apan mahimo siyang mokaon sa mga pagkaon nga bahin nilang mga pari sa balaan nga halad ug sa labing balaan nga halad. Ako, ang Ginoo, ang naglain kaninyo nga mahimong mga pari.’ ”

No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.

Walay si bisan kinsa sa kaliwatan ni Aaron nga pari nga may apan nga moduol sa paghalad ug mga halad pinaagi sa kalayo ngadto sa Ginoo. Kay aduna man siyay apan, dili siya moduol sa paghalad ug pan sa iyang Dios.
