Ug samtang naminaw ang mga tawo, gibasa ni Baruc ang mensahe ni Jeremias nga nasulat sa linukot nga sulatanan. Gihimo kini ni Baruc didto sa Templo sa Ginoo, sa may kuwarto sa sekretaryo nga si Gemaria nga anak ni Shafan. Kining kuwarto ni Gemaria anaa sa ibabaw nga hawanan sa Templo, duol sa agianan nga gitawag ug Bag-o nga Ganghaan.

Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD’s house, in the ears of all the people.
