Adunay akusasyon ang Ginoo batok sa mga taga-Juda nga mga kaliwat usab ni Jacob. Silotan niya sila sumala sa ilang mga batasan; balosan niya sila sumala sa ilang mga binuhatan.

The LORD hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.
