Miingon ang Ginoo, “Kamong mga katawhan sa Israel nagpadayon sa pagpakasala sukad pa sa panahon sa inyong mga katigulangan sa Gibea. Wala gayod kamo nausab. Busa kamong mga kaliwat sa mga daotan sulongon sa Gibea.

O Israel, thou hast sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them.
