Human mabasa ngadto kanila ni Rehum, Shimshai, ug sa ilang mga kauban ang sulat ni Haring Artaxerxes, miadto dayon sila sa Jerusalem ug gipugos ang mga Judio sa pag-undang sa pagtukod pag-usab sa siyudad.

Now when the copy of king Artaxerxes’ letter was read before Rehum, and Shimshai the scribe, and their companions, they went up in haste to Jerusalem unto the Jews, and made them to cease by force and power.
