Deuteronomio 31:28
Tigoma sa akong atubangan ang tanang mga tigdumala sa inyong tribo ug ang tanang mga opisyal aron sultihan ko sila niining mga butanga. Ug tawgon ko ang langit ug yuta sa pagsaksi batok kanila.

Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them.
