Deuteronomio 23:5
Apan wala pamatia sa Ginoo nga inyong Dios si Balaam. Gihimo hinuon niya ang tunglo nga bendisyon alang kaninyo, kay ginahigugma kamo sa Ginoo nga inyong Dios.

Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.
