Deuteronomio 21:23
kinahanglang dili mabuntagan ang iyang patayng lawas didto sa kahoy. Kinahanglang ilubong ninyo kini niana gayong adlawa, kay si bisan kinsa nga gibitay sa kahoy tinunglo sa Dios. Dili ninyo hugawan ang yuta nga ginahatag kaninyo sa Ginoo nga inyong Dios ingon nga panulondon.

His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
