Busa gipadumala ko kaninyo ingon nga mga maghuhukom ug mga opisyal ang mga tawo nga maalamon ug mga tinahod nga inyong gipili gikan sa inyong mga tribo. Ang uban nangulo sa 1,000 ka mga tawo, ang uban sa 100, ang uban sa 50, ug ang uban sa 10.
