Apan kining nagkalain-laing grupo sa mga tawo nagpadayon sa paghimo sa ilang mga dios. Sa matag lungsod nga ilang gipuy-an gibutang nila ang ilang mga dios-dios sa mga simbahanan diha sa habog nga mga dapit nga hinimo sa mga taga-Samaria.

Howbeit every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt.
