Adunay kapuslanan ang pagpaugnat sa kusog, apan mas mahinungdanon gayod nga bansayon nato ang atong kaugalingon diha sa espirituhanon nga mga butang, tungod kay kon mao kini ang atong buhaton, magmapuslanon gayod ang atong kinabuhi karon ug sa umaabot.
