Unya, miabot na usab ang panahon nga si Elkana ug ang iyang tibuok pamilya mohalad ngadto sa Ginoo sumala sa naandan nilang himuon matag tuig. Mao usab kini ang panahon nga mohalad siya aron sa pagtuman sa iyang panaad sa Ginoo.
