“Nahibalo ka nga wala makapatukod ang akong amahan nga si David ug Templo alang sa kadungganan sa Ginoo nga iyang Dios, tungod kay kanunay lang siyang nakig-gira sa iyang mga kaaway nga nasod sa palibot hangtod nga gipangpildi sa Ginoo alang kaniya ang tanan niyang kaaway.

Thou knowest how that David my father could not build an house unto the name of the LORD his God for the wars which were about him on every side, until the LORD put them under the soles of his feet.
