Miduol si Elias sa mga tawo ug miingon, “Hangtod kanus-a ba kamong magsunod sa duha ka tinuohan? Kon ang Ginoo mao ang Dios, sunda ninyo siya, apan kon si Baal mao ang Dios, sunda ninyo siya.” Apan wala motubag ang mga tawo.

And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.
