1 Cronicas 12:17
Migawas si David sa pagtagbo kanila ug miingon, “Kon mianhi kamo aron sa pagtabang kanako ingon nga higala, dawaton ko kamo ug maghiusa kita. Apan kon mianhi kamo aron sa pagtugyan kanako ngadto sa akong mga kaaway bisan wala akoy gihimong daotan, hinaut pa nga makita kini sa Dios sa atong mga katigulangan ug silotan niya kamo.”
1 Chronicles 12:17 · KJV
And David went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, If ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, mine heart shall be knit unto you: but if ye be come to betray me to mine enemies, seeing there is no wrong in mine hands, the God of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it.
